[Description]:
Waterproof bolt-on waterproof fender pack made from 1000D Cordura. 2.5L (150 cu in) capacity – ideal for safety equipment, small tools, dry gloves etc. The innovative ‘flush fit’ alloy fasteners mount to a dirt-bike rear fender. Ultra-tough Rhinotek fabric on base with 4 x heavy-duty rivets. A taped-seam waterproof liner can be removed for cleaning or replacement.

[Fitting]

Remove the white liner (hook and loop, top edge) and remove the bag from the packaging. Included with the Rally pack are 4 x alloy/stainless fasteners with nylon spacer washers. The product packaging is designed to used as a drilling guide.

Line up the guide on the rear fender and drill 4 x 6mm diameter holes. Use the optional nylon washers to ensure that the threaded fastener is below the top surface of the alloy fastener (prevents damage to the internal waterproof liner/foam). Tighten anti-clockwise and always use thread lock. Allow 24 hours to dry.
